BAGS DISC FILTER ORDER. GL&V Sweden (erstwhile GL&V/Celleco AB) has been awarded a contract by Hindustan Paper Corporation Ltd. to supply 4 Disc filters type Hedemora. These will replace all existing saveall filters in their paper machines at Nagaon and Cachar units. The new filters type Hedemora VDF 3.6 will recover fibres from paper machine white water and produce a filtrate quality of less than 50 ppm. This filtrate can be used on paper machine showers thereby reducing fresh water consumption in the mill. |
