The 3rd generation MCE™ Pumping System products with larger capacity ranges, higher pumping heads, higher pumping consistencies and lower energy consumption were launched in Stockholm at SPCI ´99. The heart of this pumping system is the MCE™ pump with the unique Fluiderä™ nctional turbulence generation, gas separation, pumping hydraulics and degassing combined with a wide passage gas removal system of high capacity. Now there are number of good experiences with those products. The MCE™ can typically reach for example 30 meters higher pumping head levels in an existing application with the existing drive unit arrangement. This makes it possible to increase the pressure levels and/or consistencies in bleaching reactors by minimum installation changes. |
